If 果冻传媒 Members are involved in an accident or if someone else may pay for their claims, they must let 果冻传媒 know what happened. 果冻传媒 will try to find out if anyone else should pay for the claims.
Medicaid must be the Payer of last resort. That means Medicaid must always be the last one to pay.
If the date of your accident or injury occurred before September 1, 2017, please contact OPL toll free at 1.800.827.8276, Monday 鈥� Friday 8:30 a.m. 鈥� 5:00 p.m. CST or on the聽Other Party Liability聽(OPL) Web site.
If the date of your accident or injury occurred after September 1, 2017, please contact the Texas Health and Human Services Commission at 1.800.252.8263.
